But I was wondering, I've seen that printed lithograph comic effect on a lot of drawings and I was curious as to how you do it?

if you mean the dotted colour effect thats called half tone you can easily do that effect on photo shop

I agree with Phobotech about the lines on his face but I'm assuming that's not a font at the bottom, either way its all good.
